This is the best cortado I have ever had, which I have had plenty all over the globe. Cheese was an element that complimented the coffee in a way I was not expecting. I entered Youdong Espresso Bar for a quick break. To my great surprise, this American will be dreaming about this drink for quite some time. Thank you to the staff there who engineered this.
