~ English version further down ~ 食物： - 湯底未見濃厚 - 米線煮過火 - 柱侯牛腩淡薄單調 - 腐皮魚角缺乏魚 - 銀菊蜜不錯 環境： - 冷氣不足、邊食邊出汗 - 衛生欠佳、塵埃飛揚、枱櫈有污漬 - 人煙稀少卻間隔擠擁 - 時而有異味 - 餐具清潔未佳、有殘渣 服務： - 侍應未見熱情、止於了事 - 落單疏忽 總結： 整體質素與香港其他魚米有頗大出入；不建議 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Food: - Soup base was not pronounced - Rice noodles were overcooked - Brisket was bland and flavourless - Fish cake tasted of little fish - Chrysanthemum honey drink was palatable Environment: - Insufficient A/C; you would literally sweat as you eat - Unhygienic and dusty; the tables and chairs were unclean - Cramped despite having few customers - An odd smell was present - Utensils were uncleaned with some oil and food debris present Service: - Waiters lacked enthusiasm, doing only the bare minimum - Was careless when taking orders Conclusion: The overall quality was not comparable with Hong Kong's other Yu Mai restaurants; I would not wish this upon my worst enemy
