Here is my breakdown: • The Soul of the Meal (Insider Tip): Their Millet Porridge (小米粥) is the absolute soul of this establishment. For first-timers, here is the local secret: add two large spoonfuls of sugar! It transforms the porridge into a comforting, velvety treat that balances perfectly with the savory dishes. • Unbeatable CP Value Beef Noodles: In an era of rising prices, Yu-Min offers exceptional value. The beef is tender and well-marinated, and the broth has that deep, nostalgic flavor that only comes from hours of slow simmering. • Masterful Flour Art: You cannot go wrong with any of their "Bing" (pancakes).
