Yuanjing Xuan Restaurant in Kaohsiung offers a delightful dining experience with an impressive variety of appetizers that immediately set the tone for a memorable meal. The starters are prepared with creativity and attention to detail, showcasing both traditional flavors and modern twists. Among all the dishes, the highlight of our evening was undoubtedly the Beijing roasted duck. What made it extraordinary was the unique pairing with roasted lemon infused with honey, which added a refreshing and slightly tangy sweetness that balanced perfectly with the richness of the duck. This combination was unusual but truly satisfying, making the dish stand out as the most remarkable choice of the night. The flavors were well harmonized, leaving us impressed with how the restaurant managed to elevate such a classic dish with innovation. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it an ideal setting for family gatherings. We enjoyed not only the delicious cuisine but also the attentive service and cozy ambiance. It turned into a joyful and intimate celebration for our family, filled with laughter and satisfaction. Yuanjing Xuan Restaurant is definitely a place worth revisiting for anyone seeking both excellent food and a heartwarming dining experience Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
