Good friend called from YUE of a Friday night B&G wine pairing dinner, menu looked good, so 5 of us attended! Hotel lobby design is outdated, but restaurant located in basement is a different world, elegantly setup, spacious, nice engineered lighting, comfortable. We were first group to arrive, greeted with sparkling, hors d'oeuvre… chill! Guests all arrived, pairing begin. First dish was already impressive, crab meat baked in shell, no other ingredient, just tasty crab meat, yum, of course paired champagne elevated the full stage Following 5,6 dishes are all nicely prepared and presented well, high quality Chinese Dishes I must stressed! Manager “Bro Wai” served us well plus an extra bottle of 2010 Echo further enhanced our dinner! I must say there are too many Chinese restaurants in HK, this one is a MUST try! Last, but not the least, ask for a table in the air conditioned glass room, romantic!Love this place and will revisit!
