Came in for some drinks as a group of 5 and at first was welcomed warmly and offered a choice of table as there was no one else in. After we ordered drinks another waitress came and tried to pressure us into ordering more than a few drinks and was extremely rude about it. She forced us to move table as we were only getting drinks and rudely stared at us for the duration of our stay. She also said she would fine us 50BAR if we opened our water we had bought for our 40 minute walk. She was extremely rude and we felt very unwelcome and would not recommend. No good hospitality and truly a let down as the view was lovely. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend if you want a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I live since over 10 years on Samui and I have to say, that Yui's is the worst value Restaurant on the whole island The food is expensive, low quality and the portion of the pasta is half size, then what you get anywhere else. After dinner we were still hungry. The Thai Manager lady did not care at all about customer feedback. She also did not care about wearing a mask, while talking to us. Yui's Beach Restaurant - a horrible tourist trap - never again!
