The chef creates an elevated yet approachable dining experience. We visited as a family of four and enjoyed an impeccable selection of high quality seafood, including an octopus caught by the chef's own father. Every aspect of the dinner was intentional, from the choice of glassware, plates, and accompanying sake. We are so grateful that the chef created an indelible memory for our family!
