Had to wait quite a while to get in, then was ignored by the waitress. You order at a kiosk, only cards can be used. Waited 15 mins for food, the noodles were ok, the soup was too salty and over-seasoned. It actually tasted a little burnt, which is odd. For reference, I've spent time in Japan and have tried similar restaurants there - this is very much a Korean take on Japanese food, the cook was just too heavy handed with the seasoning. This seems to be the taste for Korean diners, it's popular here, but do not expect authentic Japanese cuisine - or Japanese levels of customer service. Oddly the soup was flash heated in a microwave before serving (this restaurant is not fast food, or fine dining...you have the inconvenience of waiting for a taste that's nothing special). The waitress didn't look at me once, I didn't feel at all welcome. It's unfortunate, I live 2 minutes walk from this restaurant, but do not want to return. I actually want this restaurant to fail. Other small restaurants in the area are much more friendly and have better food. There's a better noodle restaurant about 200 meters up the street. I've lived in Seoul for years and speak Korean quite well, I got the feeling the waitress just didn't want me there. Avoid. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First of all it important to note that it’s will be a better experience if you can read and speak a bit Korean. I think the staff doesn’t speak English and might be a bit impatient or flustered. I think you cannot pay cash and the machine only accepts Korean cards (not sure) so I asked a local to pay for me and gave him cash. Food: the noodles are thick and firm and the 3 different cuts of meat are rly nice! The dipping soup if quite thick and heavy but fits well. You have the option later to ask to add some rice (죽) for free with the leftover soup. I queued for about 10min and the waiting time for the food was also a bit longer than what is common in Korea but totally fine. In the park on the opposite street side is a clean public toilet.
