Very disappointed with the service today. We arrived late because we went to the wrong location. The staff said there were other customers, but there were only three slot occupied even after an hour. but I politely asked them to pack our food to go. I’ve been to Yuzu Omakase more than five times, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such poor service. When I asked to use the toilet, they even said there’s no toilet inside — that’s clearly not true. Totally disappointed. Service 0/10. I won’t come again. Food: 3 Service: 1
