Come during lunch can be crowded, but they will manage your seat. Soba is excellent with chicken broth, amazing taste and soba texture is great. Ordered the set with 2 pcs chicken and additional cha siu, all went great. They have several branch! Should try Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The boss should really reconsider his/her hires. The cashier girl was super rude and even though we promised we’ll finish eating within half an hour (we finished within 20 mins in the end), she was super adamant that we don’t eat at the counter because they close at 9pm (half an hour later). Aka DO NOT DARE PREVENT THEM FROM LEAVING EARLY. Pretty atrocious service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Zagin Soba at Jardine House is a must-try for ramen lovers in Central. Their chicken-based broth is rich, creamy, and whipped to a foamy perfection, offering a unique and comforting taste. The noodles have a firm, springy texture that pairs perfectly with the broth. Toppings like slow-cooked pork and crispy fried burdock add great flavor and texture. Though the menu is limited, the quality of food justifies the slightly higher price. Overall, a great spot for authentic and innovative Japanese soba in Hong Kong.
