Waited over 30 minutes in line to get the kebab. I ordered a chicken and a beef kebab and one word to describe them would be - atrocious Firstly, the handling of food is extremely unhygienic. The staff collected the money and then immediately proceeded to picking up raw cabbage from the bag without sanitizing. No signs of gloves anywhere. The pictures show kebab with grilled meat, but instead the pita was stuffed with cabbage to the top and then a scoop of goopy red chicken, which tasted stale, doused in enough salt to give a healthy person hypertension. The same for the beef as well. The overall taste is horrible and the smell of food deserves a visit from health and sanitation department. Tasty Iranian food from an unassuming food truck in the Kamisato service area. I was slightly disappointed when I got the Loghmeh Kebab sandwich and the lamb and beef kebab meatball was steamed or boiled instead of grilled as shown in the promotional posters. However my first bite into the sandwich dispelled any doubt thanks to the clever addition of fried onions which gave it a great flavor and aromatic boost in addition to the tasty hot sauce. The Jua’s Cafe hotdog next to Zagross had been a long favorite of mine but I’m glad I gave Zagross a try. Recommended.'
