My recent visit to Zebra Cafe in Phayao, Thailand, was delightful. The freshly-homemade pandan sponge cake (55baht / USD1.55), with coconut cream and pulp was worthy of a spot in the Great British Bakeoff! The cake was simply divine. The friendly and welcoming proprietress added a warm touch to the experience. I highly recommend a stop here for a drink or snacks, after visiting Wat Phra That Chom Thong.
