2023年6月の訪問記録。 シンガポール旅行に合わせて数ヶ月前に予約して伺いました。 北欧料理と和の食材の組み合わせが特徴的で、素材の味を活かした繊細な味付けが印象的です。特に出だしに出てくる数種類のスナックは、どれも非常に手の込んだ作りでした。 ドリンクペアリングは料理との相性が徹底されており、スタッフの気配りや説明のタイミングも行き届いています。 またコースの段階に合わせて席も変わっていきます。これは面白い演出だと感じました。 コースの品数が多く説明も丁寧なため、店を出るまでに3時間半以上はかかります。後の予定には十分余裕を持っておいたほうが良いです。 価格帯は高いですが、相応の体験ができるお店でした！ また利用します。.
