went as it was the only place open early for breakfast, had the pancakes - half the price of everywhere else that does pancakes! very delicious and good quick service. The coffee is a real treat - my caffe latte was perfectly prepared, creamy and aromatic. An absolute delight that sweetens every morning in Koh Tao! The Egg Benedict with bacon was also a highlight. The perfectly poached eggs on crispy bread with crispy bacon and a delicious hollandaise sauce were simply heavenly. You can see the attention to detail in the kitchen! The staff exude a warm hospitality that makes the visit a special experience. The old-fashioned interior of the restaurant creates a wonderful feel-good character. You immediately feel at home. An ideal environment to unwind and enjoy the delicious food. All in all, a perfect place for a break, I will definitely be back! I can only warmly recommend the Zest Bakery Sairee!
