Our family also likes to go to "Zhen Shan Yuan Restaurant" to celebrate birthdays and have dinner together. Every year for birthdays, we order a plate of pork knuckles, use the bones to make soup, and order the family's favorite steamed stinky tofu, coleslaw, and some snacks. Scallion pancakes, pancakes, fried oysters, just a few dishes will make you full. Spicy shredded tripe, shrimp floss, scallion pancake, four-season sausage, fried eel, fried eel, shrimp and bean sprouts, beef tendon and sea cucumber are also signature dishes.
