Chiayi Chicken Rice Tour-53 Zhongxing Turkey Rice Zhongxing Turkey Rice is newly opened on Zhongxing Road. I saw it on my way to eat Teppanyaki and decided to try it instead. Ordered turkey fillet rice, fish ball soup, blanched vegetables and white meat with garlic paste. The turkey fillet rice has a mixture of shallot and chicken fat and is paired with pickled radish, which tastes ordinary. The ratio of fat to lean in the white meat with garlic paste is not good; the soup tastes bland, and the best overall taste is probably the blanched green vegetables.
