There's a constant background noise and place was very stuffy. Food is reasonably tasty especially pork noodles, salted egg chicken, dumplings, and lemongrass pork chop. Skip the siew mai and milk tea. Service was adequate but could be more polished. No complimentary water served. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Food is really good. Wantons are huge and with prawns and good flavour. Self service condiments a big plus. The best is their pork soup noodle with wine. Really yummy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Visited Zok Noodle House Raffles City for a meal. There was no wait time and the restaurant was not crowded when we visited. The staff were friendly and pleasant throughout. We ordered the wanton noodles with pork cutlet, prawn and scallop soup rice, and the 7-flavour tofu. The wanton noodles were decent, and the pork cutlet was surprisingly tender. However, it was served neither hot nor warm, which took away a little from the experience. The prawn and scallop soup rice was the standout dish for us—the broth was flavourful and comforting, making it a satisfying choice. The 7-flavour tofu was less impressive. While the flavours were interesting, the tofu wasn’t served crispy or hot, which was what we had expected from the dish. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with friendly service and a good soup rice dish, though some of the sides could have been served hotter.
