Not the best pour over but not the worst, chiefly because the beans seem to have lost a lot of flavour already. It had none of the typical geisha floral and fruity notes, especially for a CM washed geisha. Quite disappointing; giving it a 4* coz the croissant was good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–100

Go for a strong industrial style Croissant w/egg salad($38) Very high quality croissants Crispy but not greasy ~ with butter flavor Served with my favorite egg salad A very full and satisfied person Burnt Cheesecake($55) Cheesecake has a soft center shape Smooth and creamy Hand-brewed coffee Origin ($60) coffee beans from colombia A bit fruity The store presents both sweet and sour cups.
