パロー(アヒルの煮込み)は、くどくない甘みと、つけダレの酸味・辛味でいくらでも食べられます ケーンチュート・プラー(魚のすまし汁)は、ホーラパー（タイバジル）がたくさん入っていて、爽やかな香りがよかったです ホイワン・ルアック(バイ貝湯がき)も、つけダレが辛すぎず、貝の甘みもしっかり感じられました お店も、駐車・駐輪スペースも広くて、店員さんたちもよい雰囲気でした 深夜4時までという営業時間も素敵です. This was my first time visiting Zhong Ped Pa Low at Wang Hin, and I came here with a friend. The restaurant has a simple, local atmosphere—nothing fancy or modern—but that's exactly what makes it so charming. The food has a comforting, home-style taste that made our meal feel really special. Every dish was delicious, and you can tell they focus on flavour rather than presentation. They also have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, the prices are very reasonable, and there's plenty of parking, which makes visiting very convenient. If you're looking for a comforting meal with family or friends, this is definitely a great place to try. I'll definitely be back!
