2024年12月20日 金曜日 19:00過ぎ 予約せずに2名で訪問しましたが、大丈夫でした。やはりビールがうまいです。ハム盛り合わせ、ソーセージ盛り合わせを注文しました。 2024年7月7日 日曜日 18:00 予約せずに伺いましたが、他にお客さんは1組だけ、問題なく着席できました。店内はあまりエアコンが効いておらず、ビールがおいしく飲めます。本格的なドイツ料理とビールが楽しめます。今回注文したものは、以下の料理等です。 ハムとチーズの盛り合わせ シーザーサラダ ソーセージ ローストポーク（豚足） ※シュバイネハクセ Schweinshaxe タルタルステーキ トースト付き ポークフライ ハーフチキンをハーブでロースト どれもビールに合うのでとても箸が進むのですが、特に生の牛肉のタルタルステーキはなかなか食べられるお店何ないのではないかと思います。ビールをつい飲みすぎてしまいました。ご馳走様でした。. I searched here and there and chose zum Fass, a long-established brand with 40 years of history. However, since it was close to Christmas, there were only three Christmas set menus, and the price was on the high side. If it is delicious, Forget it, but the meal had to wait for a long time, and it was not authentic and not delicious. In the end, my German friend said it was like heated food. I wonder if the chef was on vacation that day? It left him with a bad impression of Taiwan. I was really speechless... In addition, the service was a bit poor. There was no water when the meal came. It is not OK in Taiwan to add an additional 10% service charge. The three of them spent more than NT$4,000 on the meal.
