I booked private room 20000 TaiB the staff are very rude and when am telling them to serve us they are telling its not allowed the table was sticky and room was dirty while they called us to stay on room. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿2,000+

Had an amazing experience at Zuma Phuket. The food was outstanding, every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was professional, friendly, and attentive, and the atmosphere made the evening even more special. I mentioned in my reservation that it was my birthday and visited on the actual day. While there wasn’t any birthday gesture, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Zuma Phuket to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The presentation is excellent, not all dishes impressed, but each has its own taste. However, there are also unpleasant moments from visiting: it is not good for an establishment of this level to forget about the dishes ordered by the client, and then cook it in a hurry. The forgotten dish was burnt on one side and did not taste very good. As a result, the wonderful taste of crab salad and excellent wine was spoiled by such an oversight. Alas.
