Very disappointed with Zurich Bread at Phuket Airport. Especially because I really like and often visit the regular Zurich Bread cafés in Phuket — the quality there is much better. Management should pay attention to what is happening at this airport branch. The bread was so hard that I literally scraped the roof of my mouth. The croissant was obviously old — instead of replacing it, they simply reheated it, and it tasted like a shoe sole. The kitchen staff were sitting on their phones and paying no attention to the guests. Service was poor. And please do something about the chairs — every time someone moves them, there is an awful scraping noise throughout the whole seating area Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I didn’t buy anything off the menu, I was looking for limes because I had motion sickness and the acidity usually helps. The staff was soooo generous, I asked for 1 lime and they ended up giving me 2 and cut it for me and was able to use their salt. I took noodle soup with duck and passion fruit lemonade. Everything tasted great, the service was fast as well. I see people complain about the price, I think it's an average price for the dishes I took. (considering that usually in the airport food is even more expensive) For my lunch I paid 400 baht. The sitting area is a bit small. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5
