Very good fusion Chinese/Taiwanese food and Asian ingredients. The staff was also incredibly accommodating to increase my party from 1 to 2 the day of and allow us to be late with the rush hour traffic. Atmosphere is great, beautiful room and intimate seating. The music choices were sometimes a bit strange, but it made for great conversation. The food: Mostly the food was delicious, with strong flavors. However, a lot of dishes felt like they needed to be reduced by 2-3 ingredients. Often there was just a little too much going on to enjoy a star ingredient or method of cooking. The plating here is phenomenal. Each dish was truly beautiful and their dishes/porcelain and ceramica are incredible works of art. Dessert is beautifully flavored and balanced. The service: very accommodating and attentive, but I spent half of the meal with crumbs on my setting because no one scraped them or chose to replace the linen place setting. Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I just had my 2nd dinner at aMaze and the food is still fantastic. Service is great too. Thank you for preparing such a wonderful meal for our friends whom were visiting from the states. I absolutely love the food, the presentation and service. Definitely a 5 star restaurant. The meal is a set meal and you can tell there is a lot of attention to detail when they prepare each plate. It is difficult to say which plate was my favorite but the abalone was near the top :) Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
