I’m one of those losers who has a niche favourite cocktail order and they didn’t even flinch, knew what I was after straight away, and gave me one of the best ones I’ve had. They look after you well, you can buy whole bottles and keep them there, and the drinks are generous - lovely spot, glad we found it, if we’re in Singapore again we’ll return!

First time I’m here, greeted by a very friendly guy(edit: Joe). Showcasing extensive of variations Long Island can be made! However I go with the original Long Island iced tea, and it is a very decent glass of drink. Loving it! Must come chill. Simple yet memorable.

bar.ter is the best whiskey bar in Singapore. Joe, the owner, is amazing—super knowledgeable, generous, and passionate about bourbon (just like me!). His enthusiasm for bourbon matches mine, and it made the experience feel more like sharing a dram with a friend than visiting a bar. The selection is top‑notch, with rare bottles bourbon, ryes, single malts, rum, tequila Joe has it all. Cozy vibe, incredible pours, and hands‑down the place to go if you want a memorable dram in Singapore. This is a must visit for any bourbon taters out there.

Appreciate this a lot. Joe will be glad to hear it—sharing a dram and a good conversation is very much the point here. Glad the range and the pours landed for you.
