The souffle pancakes were pretty good, and I would recommend getting the regular ones instead of the mochi ones because the mochi blanket was quite dry and not chewy, so it didn’t really add value to the dish. I had the peach one and while the cut pieces on the bottom were pretty firm and tart, the whole peach on top was very ripe, sweet, and filled with cream and custard, which made it the star of the dish of course. Overall it was quite expensive, though it’s probably justified by the amount of fruit used.

I had one of the best pancakes in my life here!! The texture, taste and look were amazing! It also came with a fresh peach and it was just so delicious. The staff is also very kind and we enjoyed our visit a lot! :). The waiting time for pancakes is quite long (around 40 minutes) but for us it was worth it!
