I ordered the vanilla bean latte, which arrived with beautiful, distinct layers between the milk and coffee. The flavor strikes exactly what you want in a latte - there’s a solid coffee presence, but it’s never overpowering. It’s smooth, easy to drink, and just really well executed. Simple, but excellent. 8/10 The mango sandwich, though, completely stole the show. The cream was incredibly fluffy, light, and airy, pairing perfectly with the juicy, sweet mango. The bread had a nice firmness with just the right amount of bite to hold everything together. I finished it so quickly I barely registered it was gone - I was honestly left wondering how something so simple could taste that good.
