Neat small bubble tea shop right across the street of the Phrae city pillar shrine. The Cha Thai here is really good and at a very reasonable price. My beverage was served quickly and with a smile. I tried to go back the day after but the opening hours are not visible here on google so I came to a closed shop. Please update your opening hours to secure more customers Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
