My family and I were the only table that night. The owner appeared to be running the entire restaurant himself, acting as receptionist, chef, waiter, and cashier all at once lol. As reflected in my ratings, the atmosphere is undeniably beautiful, and honestly that’s the only thing justifying the NTD 12,000+ dinner price. I would give little to almost no credit to the food and service. Almost everything tasted as if it had been rinsed in seawater. We all experienced upset stomachs afterward, likely due to excessive sodium. If you are not wealthy and you are dining alone or in a small group, or if you have the money but care about REAL good food rather than the superficial gimmicks driven by hype and an expensive façade, this is probably not the right place for you. At least I can now cross this place off my list. Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Chinois means Chinese in French. Eating Chinese food is a very special experience. With the skillful creativity of the chef, the taste of Chinese food is presented in a Western style. The taste is very local, and it is recommended without any thunder. What impresses me the most is the combination of improved salty bean curd, wax oil peppercorns and dried meat floss and peanut powder. The combination of spicy and salty aroma creates a wonderful taste experience. Wagyu and Beef Tendon with Green Pepper Sauce served with Shanghai Vegetable Rice. It is also a unique dish. The last pearl whiskey tiramisu is the perfect ending. Overall, after a three-hour meal, my friends and I felt that the food was very good, and it was very suitable for the taste of Taiwanese. The wine pairing is also very good. It is definitely a store that you will be willing to visit back, maybe you will be able to pick up the stars soon. In addition, if you can have tea or coffee after the meal, it should be a more complete dining experience.
