The kuah did its job. The meat, however, remained a legend. I spent the entire meal believing I’d eventually find it. Plot twist: I didn’t. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

To all. Rubinah at Yishun Street 81. Please take note. 2 malay chefs, 1chubby and the other, slim built. The slim built malay chef, very lousy way of cooking mee goring. When I bought mee goring he cooked, came home to eat. No spice, tasteless, I only saw, beef chunks and noodles in dark black soya sauce. While the other, malay chef a little chubby cooks fantastically. Spicy, tastes nice and very delicious. In future if I don't see the chubby nalay chef, I will not buy food from there. Terrible, taste. The small built malay chef works for salary while the chubby malay chef, has passion for his job.

I purchased tosei today and found that the red sauce was spoiled. When I raised this issue with the staff, they dismissed my concern and insisted it was still good. I then asked my friend to taste it, and she also confirmed that it had clearly gone bad. Rubinah should take customer feedback more seriously instead of brushing it aside so casually. If I experience any food poisoning symptoms later, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
