The cakes and bread displayed nicely and with clear information of name and price. This bakery quite long already in Century Square, but not my favorite to get my daily bread to. Few months back I bought the Nutella donut, but the filling quite runny and sourish. I thought maybe I got a bad day and had a bad batch. The other bread that I bought is okay. Yesterday, I pass by again and wanna give this bakery a try again. Bought the same thing, Nutella donut, old school bread with chocolate rice on top and a worm look a like bread. Again, the Nutella filling even more runny, the sour taste is still there. Or maybe that's their style of Nutella, with sour cream? The bread that look like worm have a string of hair. The old school bread with rice chocolate never fail me. The filling so thin and have bit of sourish after taste too. So I guess, if you want to get something from this bakery gotta choose carefully so not to be disappointed. Price is okay, $6 for 3 breads. Extremely poor service by two aunties. Wanted to purchase a cake for my 4 year old son and asked if the cake has a lot of cream. They said that they wouldn’t know and when I explained that the school requested for cake that doesn’t have too much cream they continued to reply rudely that they wouldn’t know. I am okay that they wouldn’t know but the attitude of their aunties were simply unacceptable! When I asked to make a request on the order form to indicate less cream the auntie attending to me walked away and asked the other auntie to write the remark. The 2nd auntie then replied to the 1st auntie what’s so difficult for you to write the remark? And they continued to whisper between themselves that there are always difficult customers. I told them to cancel the order. This is a joyous occasion for my son and I certainly do not need to order a cake from a shop that’s so unhelpful. Please train up your staff. Service: 1

no cake to produce on collection date. staff screwed up and 0 service recovery. office was rude unhelpful and incompetent. Never ever order from them. please believe the bad reviews and how rhey mishandle all the logistics not caring about how birthdays are ruined Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
