Extremely poor service by two aunties. Wanted to purchase a cake for my 4 year old son and asked if the cake has a lot of cream. They said that they wouldn’t know and when I explained that the school requested for cake that doesn’t have too much cream they continued to reply rudely that they wouldn’t know. I am okay that they wouldn’t know but the attitude of their aunties were simply unacceptable! When I asked to make a request on the order form to indicate less cream the auntie attending to me walked away and asked the other auntie to write the remark. The 2nd auntie then replied to the 1st auntie what’s so difficult for you to write the remark? And they continued to whisper between themselves that there are always difficult customers. I told them to cancel the order. This is a joyous occasion for my son and I certainly do not need to order a cake from a shop that’s so unhelpful. Please train up your staff. Service: 1

no cake to produce on collection date. staff screwed up and 0 service recovery. office was rude unhelpful and incompetent. Never ever order from them. please believe the bad reviews and how rhey mishandle all the logistics not caring about how birthdays are ruined Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Candle wasn't provided for birthday cake cause staff forgot to ask and indicate during pre-order. It was a huge struggle to ask for candles during collection as staff argue no requirement for candle. Was only informed NO Fraser points will be credited for pre order booking despite order made over counter at Century Square. Ask for the reason and was not given an explanation. Service attuide was extremely horror. First and last order with them. Huge disappointment! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
