Clients may eat tasty creamy cakes at this confectionary restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of eCreative Group. Unfortunately, the staff is disorganized as a number of visitors note. Unprofessional service is something that guests would like to improve here. This place got negative comments because of the uncomfortable atmosphere. Most people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

I was planning to order a cake from this bakery and reached out through WhatsApp — big mistake. The person handling messages was extremely rude and dismissive right from the start. Instead of helping me choose or answering basic questions, their responses were short, unprofessional, and made it feel like I was bothering them. I hadn’t even placed an order yet, and I already knew I wouldn’t want to deal with them again. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they handle actual orders or problems. Definitely won’t be ordering anything from here — plenty of other bakeries know how to be polite and helpful. Service: 1

horrendous service. no cake on the date of collection cos staff messed up dates. office rendered no service recovery n ruined the entire birthday of a 3 year old. rude and incompetent please believe the low reviews and NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very disappointing experience with Ecreative Group services. I placed an order for a construction design cake on 31 May 2024 and later called their customer service at 6363 3636 to change the pick-up date from 3 June 2024 to 7 June 2024. The customer service representative assured me that this change would be arranged and promised to inform me via WhatsApp as I was traveling over the weekend. However, on the morning of 3 June, when I called to confirm the update, I was rudely informed by both the customer service and the manager that my request could not be accommodated due to last-minute notice, and they had no record of my previous call. This was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible, leaving me with no choice but to pick up the cake on 3 June, causing significant inconvenience. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor customer service. I do not recommend Ecreative Group if you are looking for reliable and courteous service. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
