情報の誤りを報告する
Went to the outlet at Pomo at 5pm yesterday to get a cup of chocolate milk tea without ice. I was told to pay an extra 50cents for no ice by the staff. This was the first time I was being charged for having a bubble tea without ice at that branch.
Cancelled my order, went to the branch at Plaza Singapura, and ordered the exact same thing without the need to pay extra 50cents.
It's a shame that the Wiki Edge branch was closed during that time yesterday.
This is bad business sense especially when I am working in Peace Centre who buy bubble tea from your branch everyday.
I wonder how many international students studying nearby whom the staff there may have profited from without their boss knowing by using this unethical trick.
