気がついたらこのお店の虜になっていました。 スレスレの扉を開けるとカウンターがあります！ 卵は 半熟か、包みか選べます！ サラダは新鮮シャキシャキ！これまたうまい。 お味噌汁も美味しい！ 赤ワインが苦手でしたが、飲めるようになれたお店ですオムライス以外の米メニューも美味しい お店の雰囲気から伝わる店主のこだわり。 絶対おもしろい人な気がしました。笑 ローリーさんと呼べるようになるまで通いましょう 何食べても間違いなしの美味しさにハマります。 店主は、最初こそ壁を感じますが、仲良くなったら面倒見のいいお兄さんのように、相談にものってくれる人情味溢れる人です。突破して仲良くなってください 笑 めちゃくちゃいいキャラクターです. The Eggstand near Sumiyoshi feels like a small oasis centred around eggs. It is a compact room with only a handful of seats, centred almost entirely on omurice. It is a place that has narrowed its focus and stuck with it. The omurice itself is carefully made. It is served with house ketchup, a steady demi-glace sauce and bits of bacon that add depth. You can choose the texture of the egg: soft and runny, or more firmly set. Nothing is done carelessly. Everything is assembled with intention. The taste is gentle. It is balanced, neither too heavy nor too sharp. It is a kind of quiet satisfaction that arrives without resistance. You finish it easily, almost without noticing the process. This is also its limit. The experience does not become something memorable. The soft structure means the impression fades quickly. With the menu centred on a single idea, variation is minimal. The space leans towards a café atmosphere: light, approachable and slightly decorative. It invites a different kind of visit, one that prioritises comfort over impact. Eggstand works best when you want to be comforted rather than surprised. It offers a meal that restores rather than excites. It is a gentle dish that does not insist, but quietly fulfils its purpose.
