古民家カフェの雰囲気がとても素敵な cafe & dining fleur さん。外観からすでにワクワクするお店で、和の建物と大きな看板が目印です。入口前のベンチや看板も可愛く、入る前から期待が高まります。 店内は木の温もりが感じられる落ち着いた空間で、ピンクやグリーンのソファ席が可愛く、ゆったり過ごせます。手作りの小物や雑貨も飾られていて、細かいところまでこだわりが感じられる癒しの空間でした。 楽しみにしていたパンケーキは、見た目からして完璧。厚みのあるふわふわパンケーキに粉砂糖がたっぷりかかっていて、運ばれてきた瞬間テンションが上がります。 食べてみると本当に軽くて、口の中でシュワっと溶ける食感。いちご・バナナ・ナッツ・アイス・メープルシロップなどトッピングとの相性も抜群で、最後まで美味しくいただけました。 ＋200円でブリュレパンケーキにできるのも魅力的で、次回はぜひ挑戦したいです。注文後に丁寧に焼いてくださるので少し待ち時間はありますが、待つ価値のある美味しさです。 居心地・接客・味すべて大満足。 ふわふわパンケーキ好きにはぜひ訪れてほしいカフェです。また必ず再訪します。 I visited cafe & dining fleur, a beautiful traditional Japanese house café, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The exterior alone is charming and welcoming, and the bench and signs at the entrance already set a cozy mood before you even walk in. Inside, the wooden interior feels warm and relaxing. The pink and green sofa seating is comfortable, and the handmade decorations and crafts add a lovely personal touch to the space. The pancakes were absolutely stunning. Thick, fluffy, and dusted with powdered sugar — they looked perfect when they arrived. When I took the first bite, they literally melted in my mouth. The toppings like strawberries, bananas, nuts, ice cream, and maple syrup paired beautifully and were perfectly balanced. You can upgrade to brûlée pancakes for an extra 200 yen, which I definitely want to try next time. Since the pancakes are freshly made to order, there is a bit of waiting time, but they are absolutely worth the wait. Great atmosphere, kind service, and amazing pancakes.
