The matcha was delicious! I really loved the Matcha Cream Maple Sea Salt menu. Not too sweet, with a little salty taste that balanced it perfectly — so good! Parking was a bit difficult, but definitely worth it.

Highly recommend to matcha lovers to check this place out. Wide selection of matcha blends with their respective cultivators listed. Prove they are confident with their matcha selection which is a good sign of quality matcha. Whisking technique, sifting and weighting scale measuring are all there. They really take attention to the details of making their matcha. They also do including option of adding your own sugar syrup or you can list exactly how much ml you like. Personally I take 12ml of sugar syrup so it’s great they are able to accommodate.
