Good Cafeの新しい支店です。こちらのカフェのシグネチャーメニューはゲンプー（蟹のカレー）です。ワタリガニが半身丸々入っていて量、味共に大満足の一品でした。ケーキ、ドリンクもGood Cafeなので、美味しく安心していただけます。

I’ve been a regular at good.for.rest café since they first opened, and until now, my experiences have always been consistently positive. The food, drinks, and atmosphere remain excellent—no complaints there whatsoever. However, my most recent visit was genuinely astonishing—and not in a good way. After placing my order, I proceeded to pay in cash (Thai Baht), only to be told—quite bluntly—that cash is not accepted. I was completely baffled. In a setting like this, refusing legal tender is not just inconvenient, it’s frankly unacceptable. For a café that has built its reputation on customer experience, implementing such a rigid and impractical payment policy feels completely disconnected from reality. Not every customer operates on cashless systems, and to impose that limitation without flexibility reflects poorly on management. It leads one to wonder whether this stems from internal operational issues—but regardless of the reason, pushing that burden onto customers is not the solution. It undermines what would otherwise be a very enjoyable experience. I’m expressing clear dissatisfaction with this policy. Until such a stance on basic payment methods changes—or cash itself becomes obsolete—it’s difficult to justify returning, despite how much I’ve appreciated this place in the past. ɢᴏᴏᴅ•ꜰᴏʀ•ʀᴇꜱᴛ Thailand Phuket 2022 -- After hearing about this hidden café tucked away behind a gas station, I finally found my way to Good•for•rest. It took me a couple of tries (yup, I drove right past it—twice), but once I stepped inside, the charm was undeniable. The café is like a little retreat, with big glass windows letting in tons of natural light, and chickens wandering freely in the garden, adding a quirky and cozy vibe. The ambiance really stands out here. Sitting in a mini-jungle surrounded by real plants (no fake stuff in sight) was such a relaxing experience. You can sit inside with air-con if it gets too warm, or head outside to enjoy the greenery. Either way, you’ll have a view of the garden, where hens strut around doing their thing—surprisingly calming! Plus, the Wi-Fi is fast and free, so it’s perfect if you need to work or just want to linger with a book and coffee The dessert selection didn’t disappoint, with soft chocolate cake and almond croissants being standouts—though I will say the pastries are on the pricier side.
