Service was horrible! When asked if they cook the meat for us, the female manager with glasses replied in a mean and abrupt tone that they don't during lunch time and when asked if soup comes with the order of 3 kalbi platters we ordered, as it does in other restaurants, she replied in a rude tone saying you have to purchase it. We would have understood if it was busy when we entered, but the crowd was half gone, and we ordered a lot for lunch. We would have ordered more if the female manager was friendlier and more service oriented. They should address customers more politely instead of brushing them off and being so rude with their replies. It was our first time at the restaurant, and it will be our last. I never entered a restaurant, where I was spending close to $100 for lunch, to be serviced in such a disrespectful manner. Never again!

We did order some platter and some soup. Ittaste all good especially the kimchi. It was bit expensive but it wa sworth it as they serve best foods. The staffs are very friendly.

We took recommendation of the waitress. We ordered platter A which came with kimchi, salad and a beef platter. Its portion was perfectly fit for 2 ppl. The waitress was very nice and friendly, able to speak and understand English. The beef was fresh, it was juicy and soft. I love the kimchi too, it was not in red sauce, but taste so yummy.
