I am disappointed with this establishment so I am leaving this scathing review. I purchased a cold brew ice coffee. It was hkd 58. It was the size of a hamsters water bowl. It would have looked normal only in the hands of an elf. I was embarrassed and humiliated to pay for it. It was comically small. I asked if they might utilize the entire vessel, especially given its small proportion. Readers: they refused! A cool inch of space remained unfilled, cementing my disappointment and confirming that I will never return to Hara Kako. This is coffee, not Romanee Conti. It should be served with generosity and abundance - these things yield loyal customers.

Coffee was yummy and honestly, priced quite appropriately given the location and premium positioning. Service was simply efficient which perhaps could be interpreted as bring rude by some. Have a cup and judge for yourself!
