Comfy no-queue cafe which I discovered today. No one rushes you and the dessert was great (I had basque cheesecake original). Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$100–150

I arrived at around 2pm, and it was quite empty. I wanted to order the lemon tart but it was not available. I stayed and worked with a latte. An hour later, the friendly staff came over and told me that the lemon tart is now available and asked me if I wanted one of course really enjoyed it, would be even happier if the crust is thicker. Humain Coffee is a humble, friendly, approachable, inclusive environment for lovers of coffee and desserts. Humain Coffee is also a superlative brewer and presenter of fine Specialty Coffee, presenting some of the customer experiences in Specialty Coffee. So, if you find yourself in Sham Shui Po and are just looking for a lovely spot to take a break and enjoy a fine coffee beverage and house made dessert, you're in for a treat. If you are a Specialty Coffee lover, the baristas here excel in extracting the best out of the coffee beans they represent and are happy to engage you as far deep down the rabbit hole you'd like to go—providing you didn't drop in during a rush, of course. :) If you're just getting into Specialty Coffee, the baristas here can guide you to a new experience that allow you to experience some of the best of Specialty Coffee. PRO TIP: If available, the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere is something else. One of the most interesting I've experienced from an Ethiopian washed coffee bean.
