Very frustrating online ordering experience. The website is difficult to navigate, and the checkout process feels unnecessarily complicated. To make matters worse, Apple Pay isn’t even supported, which is surprising and inconvenient in this day and age. Shaved ice is normal but CHEESE EGG ROLL IS VERY AFFORDABLE & YUMMY!!! Will be back for the egg roll :)

No GST and no service charge. Food preparation was very fast and efficient. The curry rice came piping hot, and the fries were only $1.90, which was very affordable. Good SOP and concept overall. The portion for the cotton ice was very generous. We ordered the medium size but still had trouble finishing it even with 2 people. They also have kiosk machines located outside the store for takeaway orders, which is very convenient. One of the staff, the girl with the ponytail at the counter helping to pass the food, seemed very hardworking and busy. She came across as a really good staff member. One small feedback is that the fluorescent lighting made the shop feel a bit warm, especially since the area does not seem to have much airflow. There were also some flies when we first arrived, though it seemed to improve after more people came in. Maybe management can consider giving feedback to Northpoint’s MCST regarding the flies. It did not really affect me, but I was a bit surprised as I never encountered this issue before when eating at other sections on the same floor.

Back at iMango for the second time with my friends, and I’m honestly impressed all over again by how consistent the food is Everything is made fresh on the spot, so you get your snacks hot, crispy, and super satisfying every time. You can also get to pick one condiment — ketchup, chilli sauce, or mayo — to go along with them! The Crispy Chicken Drumstick Curry Omelette Rice was massive — easily one of the biggest portions I’ve had. It came with a huge piece of fried chicken that was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside Honestly, if you’re a small eater, you could share one plate — that’s how generous it is. And at just $11.90, it’s seriously value for money. They’ve also got a membership (free to sign up!) where you can collect points and redeem snacks like fries and potato balls — a nice little bonus if you come by often. Ended things off with a Jasmine Green Milk Tea, which was really fragrant and customizable in sugar level, just like your usual bubble tea spot. I’ve also tried their $1 egglet before — freshly made and definitely worth it for the price. Highly recommend if you’re looking for affordable, hearty, and consistently good comfort food!
