Today I collected the Pandan Cream Cake from IBakery (Kennedy Town) which I ordered 1 week ago. It was recommended by another Singaporean.
I strongly recommend this Pandan cream cake cos it’s the closest to Singapore Bangawan Solo’s Pandan cake ! The texture of the Pandan cake is very similar to the Bangawan’s Pandan cake. One bite reminds me of Singapore ?
The Pastry Chief, Mr Calvin Chan is a young gentleman graduate from the famous Le Cordon Bleu ??
