I come here quite a bit but the last two times I've sent the pasta back as it was undercooked. There's a definite difference between undercooked and al dente!

The great thing about this shop that pasta is made express and fresh every day, nothing is pre-cooked or frozen! you can enjoy the taste in the bar with a simple menu but a good quality, price and love! If you like it you can take it home and enjoy doing the chef with different kind of pasta you can create your own special dish
