identity coffeelab leans fully into that industrial Seongsu aesthetic — steel, raw finishes, clean geometry — but done with enough restraint that it doesn’t feel cold. The space is sharp, slightly utilitarian, and very intentional. It’s not trying to be cozy; it’s trying to be precise. You walk in and immediately get the sense that this is a place built around craft rather than comfort, which fits the neighbourhood but still stands out for how tightly it’s executed. The praline cold latte is the reason to come. It sounds like it could go overly sweet, but it’s surprisingly controlled — nutty, slightly chocolatey, with a clean coffee backbone that still cuts through. Served cold, it leans refreshing rather than heavy, and the texture stays smooth without turning into dessert-in-a-cup. It’s one of those drinks that feels designed rather than improvised. Net-net, identity coffeelab knows exactly what it’s doing: strong visual identity, focused menu, and one signature drink that’s worth anchoring a visit around.
