Hello Kevin, this is ILYA Coffee. Thank you for taking the time to write this. You understood exactly what we were hoping for — a room where coffee is the reason people are here. Not everyone agrees with that choice, so it means a lot when someone does. We roast everything ourselves and have been in this same spot in Gongdeok since 1992, so there is usually something new on the single origin list. If you make it back to Seoul, tell us what you like and we will pour you something you haven't tried. Safe travels until then.
