i've always enjoyed small batch coffee roaster cafes where plenty of care and attention is given to the heart of a good cup of coffee: the coffee beans itself. it could also explain its slightly steeper prices. the blend was great with character, a full rounded flavor notes with minor bitter undertone, which is mellowed by the mild sweetness of chocolate in its rendition of mocha, where both were still prominent on its own. the cafe was a cozy set up with a minimalist approach where my favorite feature was probably the exposed white brick wall. it was great that i had a return visit a couple of days later.
