The manager Mr Wong on Mar 14, 2018 had a super bad attitude! He is super impolite and rude! We are asking for 4 seats with sofa, he said "see if you can wait"... he kept letting people of 2 after us going in to the sofa seats without any intention to arrange the seats for us! We have been waiting for a long time and he kept on saying he needed to do business and he cannot arrange four seats at the sofa for us! All in all, with this attitude, Kikusan will soon close down.
