A beautiful restaurant set in a stunning natural environment. I loved the sea breeze, the relaxing atmosphere, and the pool. The food was delicious and beautifully presented Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing and is the main reason I would hesitate to return. There were several staff members around, but they seemed disengaged and were not attentive to guests. We arrived as a group of 16, and the staff seemed reluctant to arrange a long table for us. Once we were seated, they simply left a stack of plates and cutlery on the table for us to set up ourselves. The same happened with the water—they brought bottles and ice buckets and left them on the table, so we had to ask them to come back and properly serve the drinks. When the food started arriving, the staff served the dishes but did not clear the empty plates between courses. With 20 dishes and several different drinks ordered, the table quickly became crowded and messy. We spent a total of 7,445.50 THB, so for a lunch at this price point, we expected a much higher level of service. Very disappointing experience overall. Some of the waiters were genuinely lovely and friendly, while others came across as rude and uninterested. The food itself was average and not particularly memorable, especially considering the prices. The worst part of our experience was the behaviour of the owners. While ordering drinks, I overheard the female owner asking a waitress, in a very dismissive tone, “Is this really one of our customers?” I chose to ignore it and tried to enjoy the rest of our stay. The following day we returned briefly because I wanted to grab a coffee before leaving. I parked my bike for what would have been no more than five minutes, but both owners came outside and aggressively told me I could not park there. I explained that I was simply buying a coffee and leaving, but instead of any understanding, I was met with dirty looks and was effectively shooed away. I left without purchasing anything. The facilities and furniture also felt quite old and run down, especially for the prices being charged. We tried to overlook the poor service and still enjoy our time there, but being treated badly by the owners themselves completely ruined the experience. Unfortunately, I would not return.
