Cute small business restaurant in Busan, which specialises in cutlets & cold noodles. The couple who runs the place is so lovely! The food is freshly made, fast & super delicious. They served us complimentary soups that was so yummy. Banchan was self serviced. The pork cutlet is delicious, tender and perfectly seasoned with perfect ratios of fried dough & meat. The chicken cutlet was also nice with sauce. If you can, eat the wheat noodle because the broth is very refreshing and authentic. I'm gluten intolerant so I opted for the buckwheat noodle which was also nice and has a bit more salty taste (recommend to put in extra vinegar for that uhmf bite!). The whole meal was soooo reasonably priced, BIG PORTIONS for the noodles so prepare your yummy I think it's better to prepare some cashes as well to pay Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Busan! Everything from the food quality to the welcoming service made for a memorable dining experience. What we ordered: Cheese Chicken Cutlet: Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and loaded with rich, gooey cheese. It’s a absolute crowd-pleaser! . Pork Cutlet (Jumbo Size): Perfectly cooked with a light, golden crunch. The jumbo size is incredibly generous and great for satisfying a big appetite. . Deep Fried Potatoes: Golden, crispy, and the ultimate side dish. The meal starts with a comforting complimentary soup and salad, which sets a wonderful tone. The owners are amazingly friendly, attentive, and welcoming to international guests. The space is spotless, relaxed, and feels like home.
