The food was amazing and full of surprises. We had a great time with my girls. The waitress are very nice, explaining each dish’s insights. My favorite was the peigon and the corn ice cream. Highly recommend! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Been to Hong Kong many times but I haven’t found any Viet restaurant that serving this style of Viet food, the menu with names of so many familiar childhood dishes but how they turn it into something highend surprise me. And make me so excited to look forward to the next course. It’s not the usual (or stereotype) Viet food that you know. My favorite is the phở gà (esp the broth !!!) and how they infuse herbs - you have to watch till the end. It’s my favorite part. And noodles that not really noodles. How cool! And i’m not a dessert person but I love it here. Reminds me of the snack from a street food vendor I had as a kid. It was a 10/10 experience. Would love to try the wine pairing next time. From the first bite, le le feels different. It's not just fine dining – it's a beautifully told story of Vietnamese flavours with technique and soul. The amuse bouche (cù đậu with Sông Cái gin, lemongrass, fish sauce) is a punch of sour, salty, herbal brilliance – a perfect start. The gỏi (geoduck, spring peas, fish sauce) is clean, bright, and oceanic. Paired with a crisp Chablis, it's pure elegance. Muối ớt xanh (shima aji, chilli, sesame) – the fish is buttery, the seasoning just right. Simple but unforgettable. The "phở" gà (+$188) is a revelation. Fish maw, Vietnamese herbs, Jinhua ham – it's rich, savoury, and completely reimagines what phở can be. Worth every extra dollar. Bánh tiêu (duck three ways, pickles, mắc mật) with Jean Germanier 'Petite Arvine' is a perfect match – crispy skin, tender meat, aromatic spices. One of the best duck dishes I've had.
