I have no issues with the food itself, but I would like to comment on the customer service provided by a male staff member who was working on Saturday, 20 June, at around 9:00 p.m. While taking my order, he barely said a word and seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. When adding the toppings, he appeared to put in as little as possible, and the portion was noticeably smaller than expected. What disappointed me most was what happened afterwards. I was sharing the yoghurt with someone else, so I politely asked for an extra spoon. Instead of handing it to me, he simply placed it on the counter and expected me to pick it up myself. Not only did this come across as rude, but it also seemed unhygienic since the spoon had been placed directly on the surface. The food is good, but the customer service from this particular employee was very poor. It left such a negative impression that I could not properly enjoy the yoghurt I bought, even though buying yoghurt should be a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Waited 1 hour plus for my customer's order to be prepare. The worker seems so lazy to work. She even took her own sweet time to open up the shop. Not recommended

Staff was very unfriendly. The yoghurt was out of shape and he kept dropping the fruits. When request for 1 more spoon, he said that we need to pay for it.
